江苏省油菜生产现状与问题分析

 Current status and problems of rapeseed production in Jiangsu Province

摘要: 针对江苏省油菜生产方式落后,机械化生产发展相对缓慢,产业竞争力不强的现实,通过统计数据分析江苏省油菜种植、分布以及机械化生产等情况,分析总结得出江苏省油菜生产主要存在生产经营规模小、作业机具类型多和种植农艺模式多三个特点;得出制约江苏省油菜生产发展主要存在生产成本高、种植效益低,茬口衔接矛盾突出和机械化生产技术与装备不成熟三个主要因素;提出充分发掘油菜多功能利用,提高农机农艺、机械化信息化融合程度,加快技术创新和政策支持三点建议以推动江苏省油菜产业发展和提高竞争力的提高,以期为推动江苏省油菜产业健康快速发展提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the fact that the backward production model of rapeseed, coupled with relatively slow development of mechanized production, and weak industrial competitiveness, the status of rapeseed cultivation, distribution, and mechanized production in Jiangsu Province was analyzed. This was done by considering statistical data, three main characteristics of small scale production and management, many types of working tools, and many agricultural models of cultivation for rapeseed production. The three main factors which constrained the production progress of Jiangsu rapeseed were researched, such as high production cost and low planting profit, obvious contradiction on crops for rotation, and immaturity mechanized production technology and equipment. Finally, three suggestions for fully exploring the multifunctional utilization of rapeseed, improve the integration degree of agricultural machinery, agronomy, mechanization, informationization, accelerate technological innovation and policy support, and improve competitiveness were put forward to promote the development of the rapeseed industry. This may provide references for promoting the healthy and rapid development of the rapeseed industry in Jiangsu Province.
