根茎类中药材收获机挖掘装置设计与仿真试验

摘要: 针对根茎类中药材收获机采用固定式挖掘铲收获时,存在挖掘深度不足,入土阻力大,功率损耗严重,碎土效果差,铲尖磨损较大等问题,采用理论计算与数值仿真的方法,对振动式挖掘装置的挖掘铲参数、运动机构、铲面运动特性和工作效果进行研究。结果表明:该装置采用锯齿形平面三角铲,铲刃张角≤94°、入土角为20°~30°、工作深度≥500 mm,铲面长度为772 mm,运动机构类型为四连杆机构,工作时做平面运动,其水平方向运动类似于余弦函数曲线,垂直方向为正弦函数曲线,速度与加速度变化类似。挖掘铲在水平方向和垂直方向的运动曲线平滑顺畅,运动类型与理论推导值吻合,为简谐运动,运动过程无干涉现象,速度与加速度变化均符合运动规律。当挖掘装置的前进速度为2.4 m/s,入土角为25°,转速为280 r/min时,该装置的挖掘阻力最小。采用振动式挖掘装置对中药材进行收获时,可有效减小挖掘阻力,具有良好的碎土分离效果,整体运行平稳,工作可靠,各项性能均满足行业标准要求。

Abstract:  In view of the problems such as insufficient digging depth, large resistance to entering soil, serious power loss, poor effect of breaking soil and serious wear of shovel tip, etc., the parameters, driving mechanism and motion characteristics of excavator shovel of vibration excavator were studied and analyzed by theoretical calculation and simulation. The results show that the digging device adopts a sawtooth plane triangle shovel, and its cutting edge angle is less than 94°, the value range of embedment angle  is 20°-30°, the working depth is greater than 500 mm, the length  of the shovel surface is 772 mm, and the digging shovel is driven by a fourbar mechanism. According to the software simulation, it can be seen that the type of motion of the digging shovel during working is simple harmonic motion. The digging shovel is smooth and free from interference during the movement, and the movement characteristics are consistent with the theoretical derived values. When the forward speed of the harvester is 2.4 m/s, the entry angle is 25°, and the rotation speed is 280 r/min, the digging resistance of the digging shovel is the smallest. When the harvesting machine for rhizome Chinese medicinal materials adopts vibration excavating device for harvesting operation, it can effectively reduce the excavation resistance, and has a good effect of separating broken soil. The whole operation is stable, the work is reliable, and all performances meet the requirements of industry standards.
