双热交换器预冷装备研制及试验

摘要: 设计一种双热交换器预冷装备,采用太阳能发电、蓄电池和市政电源三种电能供给方式,并采用以蓄冷板为主和蓄电池为辅的能量存贮方式,通过控制系统集成,预冷装备可根据预冷库和蓄冷板的实时温度,择一进行预冷库制冷或蓄冷板蓄冷。通过对比试验研究在预冷库温度设定为2.0 ℃±0.5 ℃时预冷库内有(无)顶置蓄冷板对库内温度的影响:当有顶置蓄冷板时库内平均工作温度为1.99 ℃、温度不均匀性为1.067 ℃、温度均匀度为0.695 ℃;无顶置蓄冷板时库内平均工作温度为2.09 ℃、温度不均匀性为1.278 ℃、温度均匀度为0.707 ℃,表明冷藏条件下有顶置蓄冷板可以让库内温度更均匀。当有顶置蓄冷板时平均温度上升、下降循环一次耗时约31 min,相较于无顶置蓄冷板时延长9 min。

Abstract: Design and development double heat exchanger precooling equipment, three power supply modes are available, solar power generation, storage battery and municipal power supply. As well as two energy storage modes with cool storage plate as main and the battery as auxiliary. According to the realtime temperature of the precooling chamber and the cold storage plate, either the precooling chamber or the cold storage plate can be cooled by the integrated control system. The influence of the storage temperature with or without topmounted cold storage plate was studied by contrast experiment when the storage temperature was set to 2.0 ℃±0.5 ℃: With topmounted cold storage plate, the average temperature is 1.99 ℃,temperature no uniformity is 1.067 ℃, and temperature uniformity is 0.695 ℃, while without topmounted cold storage plate, the average temperature is 2.09 ℃, temperature no uniformity is 1.278 ℃, and temperature uniformity is 0.707 ℃, which indicates that under refrigerated conditions the topmounted cold storage plate can make the temperature distribution in the cold storage more uniform. It takes about 31 minutes for the cycle of temperature rise and drop with the topmounted cold storage plate, which is 9 minutes longer than that without the topmounted cold storage plate.
