玉米种子静摩擦系数测定及离散元法验证

Determination of the coefficient of static friction of maize seeds and validation of the discrete element method

摘要: 为玉米相关农机具设计和改进提供基础参考,通过斜面法和直接接触法测定玉米的静摩擦系数。由斜面法测定结果可知,玉米种间的静摩擦系数为0.3468、玉米种子与不锈钢材料间的为0.3824、玉米种子与有机玻璃的为0.4213。直接接触法测定的玉米种间的静摩擦系数为0.3358、玉米种子与不锈钢材料间的为0.3794、玉米种子与有机玻璃的为0.4234,两种方法测定的玉米种间静摩擦系数相对误差为3.17%。借助离散元法EDEM验证试验结果,由仿真结果可知:玉米种间的静摩擦系数为0.312,玉米与不锈钢材料之间的为0.364、玉米与有机玻璃之间的为0.388,仿真结果与直接接触法测定的静摩擦系数接近,其最大相对误差约为8.36%。

Abstract: In order to provide a basic reference for the design and improvement of maizerelated agricultural implements, the coefficients of static friction of maize were determined by the slant method and the direct contact method. The coefficient of static friction between maize seeds determined by the inclined plane method was 0.3468, that between maize seeds and stainless steel was 0.3824 and that between maize seeds and plexiglass was 0.4213. The coefficient of static friction between maize seeds determined by the direct contact method was 0.3358, that between maize seeds and stainless steel was 0.3794 and that between maize seeds and plexiglass was 0.4234. The coefficients of static friction between maize seeds determined by the above two methods had a large error, with a relative error of 3.17%. The experimental results were verified with the help of the discrete unit method software EDEM. The simulation results showed that the coefficient of static friction between maize seeds was 0.312, that between maize and stainless steel was 0.364 and that between maize and plexiglass was 0.388. The simulation results were close to the coefficient of static friction determined by the direct contact method, and the maximum relative error was about 8.36%.
