摘要: 生姜是药食两用经济作物,其机械化种植在节约劳动成本,提高经济效益等方面具有重要意义。首先以生姜机械化种植相关专利为研究对象,从宏观和微观两个方面出发,梳理总结生姜机械化种植技术的研究重点及发展趋势;然后以代表设备为落脚点,结合专利演化过程,重点分析耕整机械和播种机械的发展现状。总结出生姜低损伤精准种植即在降低姜种损伤的同时保证鳞芽朝阳放置,是实现生姜机械化种植的重难点;自动化、智能化是生姜机械化种植技术的发展趋势。

Abstract: Ginger is an economical crop for both medicine and food, and its mechanized planting is of great significance in saving labor costs and improving economic benefits. This article first takes the related patents of mechanized ginger planting as the research object, starting from the macro and micro aspects, combs and summarizes the research focus and development trend of ginger mechanized planting technology. The paper then takes the representative equipment as the foothold, combined with the patent evolution process, and focuses on the development status of tillage machinery and seeding machinery. It is concluded that lowdamage precision planting of ginger seeds can reduce the damage of ginger seeds while ensuring that the buds are placed in the sun. It is the most difficult challenge in realizing mechanized ginger planting. And automation and intelligence are the development trend of ginger mechanized planting technology.
