工业大麻初加工技术及装备研究进展

Research progress on primary processing technology and equipment of industrial hemp

摘要: 机械化初加工技术是工业大麻全程机械化生产中的关键技术环节,随着国际上工业大麻政策的放开,国际市场对工业大麻的需求量日渐增大,工业大麻机械化初加工技术领域面临着基础性研究落后、生产工艺与机械化生产技术联动性差和部分环节机械装备适用性与可靠性低等问题日益凸显。重点阐述工业大麻纤维剥制加工、花叶分离、秸秆炭化和联合加工4个初加工核心技术的研究现状和发展动态,总结工业大麻初加工技术各生产环节现有的装备。指出中国工业大麻初加工技术面临的问题与难点,中国工业大麻产业化程度低,工业大麻初加工生产中存在着花叶分离、籽粒脱粒清选和秸秆炭化等薄弱环节,高效低损的专用工业大麻机械化初加工生产装备仍然缺乏。提出工业大麻轻便型与大型初加工机械并存发展、创新研发高效纤维剥制加工装备、突破籽用工业大麻收获加工技术、自主研发花叶分离装备,实现工业大麻初加工机械自动化、智能化发展。

Abstract: Mechanizing primary processing technology is the key technology in the fullmechanized production of industrial hemp. With the liberalization of the international industrial hemp policy, the international market has become increasingly demanding of industrial hemp. The field of industrial hemp mechanized primary processing technology is faced with the problems of insufficient research, the poor linkage between production technology and mechanized production technology, and low applicability and reliability of mechanical equipment in some links. To accelerate the development of the industrial hemp industry and enhance the international market competitiveness of industrial hemp products, this paper focuses on the research status and development trends of four primary processing core technologies of industrial hemp, fiber stripping processing, flower and leaf separation, straw carbonization and joint processing to summarize the existing equipment in each production link of industrial hemp primary processing technology. This study pointed out the problems and difficulties in the primary processing technology of industrial hemp in China. The industrial hemp industry in China was low in degree, there were weak points in the industrial hemp primary processing production such as flower leaf separation, seed extraction and cleaning and straw carbonization, and the specific industrial hemp primary processing production equipment with high efficiency and low loss rate was still lacking. This study put forward several proposals, the industrial hemp lightweight and large primary processing machine coexist development, innovative research and development of efficient fiber stripping processing equipment, breakthrough in seedusing industrial hemp harvesting and processing technology, independent research and development of flower and leaf separation equipment, realize the automation and intelligent development of industrial hemp primary processing machinery.
