大闸蟹智能分选捆扎一体机设计与试验

Abstract:

The bundling and sorting process is an important step for the market preparation of Chinese mitten crabs in China. However, this process currently relies heavily on manual labor, leading to high costs, low efficiency and poor consistency. These issues hinder the sustainable development of the mitten crab industry. This study addresses the mechanization of the binding and sorting process for Chinese mitten crab. The physical characteristics of the crabs were first tested to provide essential data for mechanical design. The whole layout of the intelligent sorting and binding machine and its structural design were then studied, including the rotary loading mechanism, “cruciform” strapping mechanism, and “distribution-type” sorting mechanism. Finite element analysis and optimization were conducted on the pinion rack and rotary arm. A prototype of the intelligent bundling and sorting machine was eventually constructed and tested. The results showed that the average completion time of all processes such as feeding, bundling and sorting of one Chinese mitten crab was 65 s, and the success rate of bundling, sorting accuracy and damage rate were 86.67%, 93.33%, and 8.33%, respectively. This study indicates the feasibility of the whole machine for practical binding and sorting of Chinese mitten crabs.

摘要: 捆扎分选是我国大闸蟹上市销售前的重要环节,目前以人工作业为主,存在成本高、效率低、分选一致性差等问题,无法满足大闸蟹产业可持续高质量发展的要求。针对大闸蟹捆扎分选环节的机械化问题,开展大闸蟹物理特性测试分析,为机械设计提供数据支撑;研究大闸蟹智能分选捆扎一体机的整机布局及旋转式上料机构、“十字形”捆扎机构、分拨式分选机构等结构设计,并对齿轮齿条、旋转臂等进行有限元分析和优化,试制大闸蟹智能分选捆扎一体机样机。样机试验结果表明,大闸蟹上料、捆扎及分选等所有工序平均完成时间为65 s,捆扎成功率、分选准确率及大闸蟹损伤率分别为86.67%、93.33%、8.33%,验证整机用于实际大闸蟹捆扎、分选的可行性。
