Study on the performance of the suppression wheel of corn planter based on sloping land

摘要: 玉米播种机的镇压性能对玉米播种后的出苗效果影响至关重要。为探究玉米播种机镇压轮的作业性能,以镇压轮类型及作业速度为因素,对种床特性及玉米出苗特性进行田间试验研究,并深入分析种床特性与出苗特性的相关性,选择最优的镇压轮类型和作业速度。选取橡胶轮、平面轮和鼠笼轮3种镇压轮,以土壤含水量、土壤贯入阻力、土壤温度、平均出苗时间和出苗率为指标,分别在4 km/h、6 km/h和8 km/h作业速度下进行对比试验。结果表明,播种后土壤含水量下降,但作业速度对土壤含水量、土壤贯入阻力和土壤温度没有显著影响,平均出苗时间随着作业速度的增加而增加,4 km/h和6 km/h作业速度对应的平均出苗时间几乎相同,但以6 km/h作业的平面轮出苗率最高。

Abstract: The suppression performance of corn seeder is very important to the effect of maize emergence after seeding. In order to explore the operation performance of the suppression wheel of corn drill, field experiments were conducted based on the effects of slope on the type and operation speed of the suppression wheel on the seed bed and maize emergence characteristics, and then the optimal suppression wheel type and operation speed were selected through the correlation between the seed bed characteristics and seedling emergence characteristics. Three kinds of rubber wheel, flat wheel and squirrel cage wheel were selected, and the soil water content, soil penetration resistance, soil temperature, average seedling emergence time and seedling emergence rate were compared at 4 km/h, 6 km/h and 8 km/h, respectively. The results showed that soil water content decreased after seeding, but operation speed had no significant effect on soil water content, soil penetration resistance and soil temperature. The average seedling emergence time increased with the increase of operation speed. The average seedling time corresponding to 4 km/h and 6 km/h operation speed was almost the same. However, the plane‑wheel operating at 6 km/h had the highest seedling emergence rate.
